Frequently asked Questions
1. Will I notice a difference in 1 session or will I need more?
Every healing you have is facilitating a deeper connection to yourself. When you decide to heal and lie in the frequency of love, healing will take place. The number of healings you choose to have is entirely up to you.
2. Can I arrange a healing for someone else without their permission?
In order for healing to take place the person receiving healing must give their permission. It is important to respect someone’s individual choice to heal or not. The exception is arranging a healing for children or people who are mentally or physically challenged. In this case the parent, guardian or primary care giver can give permission on their behalf. Permission is also confirmed with their spirit before the healing session begins.
3. Why am I feeling emotional, tired or empty after the healing?
The healing process does not automatically stop at the end of your session. There will be a period of adjustment and integration. It may take a day or two for you to adjust to the changes taking place within you. If you are concerned at anytime please contact Ruth and she will assist you through this adjustment process.
4. Can I continue with other treatments/therapies.
Definitely. This healing supports and compliments other treatments and therapies.
5. Can I take drugs or alcohol before, during or after the healing session?
For maximum benefit it is recommended that you avoid the use of recreational drugs and alcohol before, during and for at least 24 hours after your session. If you are taking medication as prescribed by your doctor or medical professional please continue as per their advice.
6. Will I benefit from a healing session if I am terminally ill or dying?
Yes, this is a beautiful time to allow yourself to heal your fears and all that prevents you from achieving a state of peace and harmony within yourself. When facing death people are often very afraid, experiencing the frequency of love throughout a healing session can help to sooth these fears. Choosing to complete your life from a place of peace and love is an empowering choice
Should your illness prevent you from being able to communicate, your healing session can be an opportunity for you to express yourself and give voice to whatever is unsaid. This is done when Ruth reads back the words she has written down during your healing. For family and loved ones this can provide reassurance and comfort.

You are then able to support you from your true self, facilitating changes in your being."
